This lobster meat is so delicious - great to use for scampi, rolls or just dipping in butter! My only wish is that instead of a one whole 2lb bag, it could be sent in separate 1 lb bags ... that way we can defrost one for use right away and keep the other frozen for another time.

Two different orders were delivered on either side of July 4. I had so much Lobster I was able to share with my neighbors who live next-door and have two little children.
