There is nothing like Maine Lobster, the flavor is undeniable! Fresh and delicious! I decided to invite a girlfriend over who swore she hated lobster because of an earlier experience! We cooked them up, melted some butter, she really didn't want to eat any, but then took a small bite. What I thought would be an epic failure turned into a victory! She loved it, and ate the entire tail! I'm sure she'll be a new customer in the near future.
