How do you keep lobster cold during peak-summer heat?
We pack every order, live, fresh, or frozen, in insulated boxes with commercial-grade coolant and seaweed (for live lobster). Live lobster and fresh seafood go Priority Overnight; frozen lobster tails and appetizers travel 2-Day Air or Ground depending on your zip code, so everything arrives chilled and safe.
