These Jonah Crab Claws are so consistently good! They always taste fresh. They are consistently meaty! The pre-split condition makes for much easier access to the meat. My friends also enjoy them. The mustard aioli recipe is also really delicious.

They are delicious! A little hard to eat as they are tough to get into and I wish the meat came out as a large piece but it doesn’t. They are very flaky and break apart easily. But they are delicious! I thought the work was worth it because of the very sweet flavor of the crab. I will definitely buy again.
