As a first-time customer and longtime watcher of Get Maine Lobster I made the dive and bought something.
After my purchase I had a few concerns about delivery timing and whether or not the meat would be cooked or raw. A couple of emails got clear and quick replies and eased my concerns. The meat arrived very well packaged with multiple cold packs and was partially frozen and a lot there. Enough meat so we divided the package (2 pounds) in half, and according to instructions on the website, put one pound in the refrigerator for that evening's dinner and one pound in the freezer for a later day. Our dinner that evening was outstanding. The lobster was precooked and fresh and didn't need any seasoning at all except some butter when heating it. Delicious! More than enough for 2 people and of course there were no leftovers. At some time, we will be back at Get Maine Lobster for more.

WE had our first Summer family gathering in Vermont. The 2 lb lobster meat was fresh, delicious and we lightly dressed it with mayo, chive blossoms and pepper. ‘Some ate it with split buns as lobster rolls, some as a salad over fresh lettuces. Tonight, we had leftovers, and the meat was still fresh. So delicious. Also had steaks and marinated steak tips. Wow ! What pleasure.
