I have not had the opportunity to eat everything yet, but so far I have stepped up my cooking game. The swordfish was awesome; used paprika, salt, & black pepper cooked in olive oil and tossed in a little butter at the end sprinkled lime = delicious!!! Can't wait to start eating the rest of the variety pack.
