The New York Times has praised this collaboration, noting, "The company that ships lobster directly from Maine has joined with Momofuku for an Asian spice-driven spin on the crustacean that would make a good Father’s Day gift. For Sichuan Chili Butter Lobster, you get fresh Maine lobster tails in the shell (four to five ounces each) to grill or broil, to be lashed with a generous slather of fiery chili butter, $119.99, four servings.

Four hefty lobster rolls made with Momofuku’s complex wasabi-yuzu rémoulade involve a pound of lobster claw and knuckle meat (flash-frozen), crispy shallots, buns and the sauce, $129.99. There is enough filling for six lobster rolls if you add your own buns. Both packages together are $224.99."
