Eligibility:
- The referral contest ("Contest") is open to all existing customers of Get Maine Lobster ("Company") aged 18 years and older, except employees of the Company and their immediate family members.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions of the Company, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Contest Period:
- The Contest begins at 9:30am Eastern Time ("ET") on April 22, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm ET on May 9, 2024 ("Contest Period").
- Referrals made before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible for consideration.
How to Participate:
- To participate, customers must refer potential buyers to the Company's products or services during the Contest Period.
- Referrals must be made using the designated referral method provided by the Company. Method: your unique referral link; join Perks Club (for free) or log into your existing account to access your unique link.
- Only referrals resulting in confirmed sales during the Contest Period will be counted towards the Contest.
Prize:
- The customer who refers the most sales during the Contest Period will be eligible to win a $500 Get Maine Lobster Gift Card ("Prize").
- The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- In the event of a tie, the Prize will be awarded to the customer whose referrals were received earliest in the Contest Period, as determined by the Company.
Winner Notification:
- The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the end of the Contest Period.
- The winner must respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) days to claim the Prize.
- Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to allow the Company to use their name, likeness, and testimonial for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions:
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the Contest process or violating these Terms & Conditions.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Company's control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
- By participating in the Contest, participants release and hold harmless the Company from any and all liability arising from or related to the Contest or the Prize.These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Maine; United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
