From Frozen: Place Wellington (remove from plastic) on a well-greased baking sheet and place in a pre-heated oven of 400 °F. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown or until internal temperature reaches 145°F as read by thermometer.
From Thawed: As above. Bake for 20 minutes.
