Product Details:
There's nothing like the taste of a beautiful scallop from cold waters - sweet, with a hint of the sea. Our scallops are plump and meaty - and are "dry packed" (never treated with preservatives) which make for superior flavor and texture. We love them sauteed in the pan and finished with some compound butter as a starter to our lobster feasts, or as a main course in a seafood paella, brodetto, or served over pasta.
PS: our Frozen New England Scallops are a generous U 10-20 portion (meaning there are approximately 10 to 20 scallops per pound).
