Happy Husband
We had a wonderful evening! The music was playing, great wine. I absolutely love the Tiger shrimp that was offered as a special. I used half as skewers with onion, pineapple, red peppers, mushrooms and these beautiful shrimp. I just braised them with a light butter, garlic, lemon and white wine, but thought about teriyaki sauce too. I lightly cooked the other half and placed them on some risotto that I mixed in smoked Gouda, then heavily garnished with mushrooms, asparagus, and roasted garlic. With the pure lobster meat (no cracking for this busy girl) I made my oven faced salad sandwich. Lobster (sometimes I use crab), celer, red onion, and cheese with a little sour cream and very little mayonnaise for binding. It was a wonderful treat and a special evening
