While most people know me as the Iron Chef they’ve seen on TV or in one of my restaurants, I’m also passionate about life around the dinner table at home with friends and family. I’m inspired to share my recipes and tips with people to help home cooks and entertainers create memorable experiences.

My passion for food extends to every dish I create, and I believe designing a great meal always includes selecting quality ingredients. I love gatherings, from cocktail hour to big celebrations. What you choose to serve your guests should be authentic, fresh, and fun, and most importantly— tasty!
