Butterfly each tail and fill it with a golden mix of buttery breadcrumbs, herbs, and tender bits of lobster. As it bakes, the kitchen fills with that unmistakable scent of comfort and anticipation. A drizzle of lemon butter at the table brings it all to life — rich, crisp, and bright. This is the kind of main course that draws everyone in, quiets the room for a moment, and earns a round of applause before the first bite.

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

  • Defrost frozen Maine lobster tails by leaving in refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking
  • Trim lower shell on both
  • Remove center and loosen tail meat
  • Add seasoning, onion, parsley, and butter to crumbled crackers
  • Stir to combine
  • Place mixture on top
  • Gently stuff
  • Add wine to pan
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes

TO SERVE:

  • Plate the tails over warm linen or your favorite serving platter.
  • Spoon a bit of the buttery wine from the pan over the top, add a sprig of parsley, and serve immediately.

It’s the kind of dish that makes the table pause — rich, golden, and effortlessly elegant.
The applause will come right after the first bite.
