INGREDIENTS:
- Buttery crackers
- Parsley
- Butter
- Bay seasoning
- White wine
- Maine Lobster Tails ➔ Your Maine ingredient, ready to shine
PREPARATION:
- Defrost frozen Maine lobster tails by leaving in refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking
- Trim lower shell on both
- Remove center and loosen tail meat
- Add seasoning, onion, parsley, and butter to crumbled crackers
- Stir to combine
- Place mixture on top
- Gently stuff
- Add wine to pan
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
TO SERVE:
- Plate the tails over warm linen or your favorite serving platter.
- Spoon a bit of the buttery wine from the pan over the top, add a sprig of parsley, and serve immediately.
