Upgrade lunchtime with this Bacon, Avocado and Maine Lobster Sandwich. Make it easy by using pre-cooked Maine Lobster meat.
Ingredients
- 1 lb of thawed Maine lobster meat, patted dry
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbs chives, diced
- Salt and pepper
- Toasted bun
- Bacon
- iceberg lettuce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Chive
- Juiced lemon
- Shredded lettuce
Directions
- Defrost whole frozen Maine Lobster meat by leaving in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to use, pat dry
- Add 1-2 TBSP of mayonnaise
- Season to taste
- Add lemon juice
- And lemon zest
- Mix in fresh chives, stir to combine
- Stack ingredients
