Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails --> GET LOBSTER TAILS DELIVERED FROM MAINE
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
For the Dip:
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise, cutting through the top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture on the flesh of the lobster tails.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the shells are a deep red and the meat is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, make the dip. In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix well.
- Once the lobster is cooked, serve with lemon wedges and dip on the side for dipping.
