Ingredients:

For the Dip:

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise, cutting through the top of the shell.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the butter mixture on the flesh of the lobster tails.
  5. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the shells are a deep red and the meat is cooked through.
