Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Lemon Garlic Butter Dip

Ingredients:

  • 4 lobster tails --> GET LOBSTER TAILS DELIVERED FROM MAINE
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

For the Dip:

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise, cutting through the top of the shell.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the butter mixture on the flesh of the lobster tails.
  5. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the shells are a deep red and the meat is cooked through.
  6. Meanwhile, make the dip. In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix well.
  7. Once the lobster is cooked, serve with lemon wedges and dip on the side for dipping.
