The sous-vide technique produces flavor that is impossible to achieve through any other cooking method – and we’ve done it for you! Our beef short ribs are grill seared then pre-cooked using the sous-vide method, so all you need to do is reheat -- making it easier and quicker to achieve that perfect dish.

You can reheat in the oven, microwave or sous-vide -- for an amazing short rib.
*Please note since our beef short ribs are pre-cooked, the weights displayed are raw weights before the product was cooked.

Cooking Instructions

For best results, thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Boneless Beef Short Ribs Oven Reheating:

  1. Remove beef from vacuum package. Place beef in a shallow baking pan or a cookie sheet in a preheated 350-degree oven.
  2. Re-heat for 20-25 min. at 350 °F. Times may vary so check that internal temperature of beef is 155-160 °F.
  3. Remove product from oven.
  4. Place on to plate, rest 2 minutes and serve.
