Single Serving Lobster Meat: the lobster meat has already been cooked by our local experts. Each single is in a sous vide ready pouch.
- From Frozen:
- Bring water to a boil
- Drop the lobster meat pouch into the water
- Turn down to simmer
- After 5 minutes, use tongs to remove the pouch from the water
- Allow to site for 30 seconds
- Massage the pouch to get the butter mixed throughout
- Cut open and serve with your favorite steak, pasta, or alone!
- From Thawed
- Bring water to a boil
- Drop the lobster meat pouch into the water
- Turn down to simmer
- After 3 minutes, use tongs to remove the pouch from the water
- Allow to site for 30 seconds
- Massage the pouch to get the butter mixed throughout
- Cut open and serve with your favorite steak, pasta, or alone!
Single Split Lobster Tails: the lobster tails have been pre-split have NOT been pre-cooked. Each single is in a sous vide ready pouch.
- From Frozen:

- Lobster meat should be firm and white
- Allow to site for 30 seconds
- Massage the pouch to get the butter mixed throughout
