READY TO MINGLE?

Single Serving Lobster Meat: the lobster meat has already been cooked by our local experts. Each single is in a sous vide ready pouch.

  1. From Frozen: 
    1. Bring water to a boil
    2. Drop the lobster meat pouch into the water
    3. Turn down to simmer
    4. After 5 minutes, use tongs to remove the pouch from the water
    5. Allow to site for 30 seconds
    6. Massage the pouch to get the butter mixed throughout
    7. Cut open and serve with your favorite steak, pasta, or alone!
  2. From Thawed
    1. Bring water to a boil
    2. Drop the lobster meat pouch into the water
    3. Turn down to simmer
    4. After 3 minutes, use tongs to remove the pouch from the water
    5. Allow to site for 30 seconds
    6. Massage the pouch to get the butter mixed throughout
    7. Cut open and serve with your favorite steak, pasta, or alone!

Single Split Lobster Tails: the lobster tails have been pre-split have NOT been pre-cooked. Each single is in a sous vide ready pouch.

  1. From Frozen: 
    1. Bring water to a boil
    2. Drop the lobster tail pouch into the water
    3. After 10 minutes, use tongs to remove the pouch from the water
    4. Lobster meat should be firm and white
    5. Allow to site for 30 seconds
    6. Massage the pouch to get the butter mixed throughout
    7. Cut open and serve with your favorite steak, pasta, or alone!
