Prepare Our Luxurious Queen Roll with Butter-Poached Lobster Tails

Are you ready to roll in ultimate luxury? Here's how to craft our lavish Queen Roll featuring butter-poached 100% Maine Lobster Tail Meat.

Ingredients:

  • Ten 3-4 oz Wild-Caught Maine lobster tails
  • 4 New England Split-Top Buns
  • GML’s Exclusive Top Secret Lobster Roll Dust
  • 2 Sticks Butter

Prep Instructions:

  1. Be sure that lobster Maine tails and buns are completely thawed!
  2. Melt 2 sticks of butter in saucepan on medium heat.
  3. Split lobster tails in half (lengthwise).
  4. Buns arrive unsliced to ensure freshness, slice top of bun (darker brown part) 3 quarters of the way down.
  5. Warm saute pan with dab of butter.
  6. Place split lobster tails in saucepan and completely submerge in butter (stir occasionally). The split 3-4 ounce Maine lobster tails should poach for approximately 6-8 minutes. Meat will become firm to the touch.
  7. When saute pan is heated, place flesh side of bun and bring to a golden brown, flip and repeat for each roll.
  8. Let's Dice: once Maine lobster meat has completely cooked, remove from shell and dice.
  9. Evenly distribute lobster meat inside the bun.
  10. Generously dust the lobster rolls with our famous seasoning.
