Mark Murrell

Every extraordinary moment begins with intention.

Whether you're hosting an unforgettable evening or savoring a quiet night in, preparation is your act of love. This isn’t just seafood—it’s a story from the sea, wild-caught and flash-frozen at its peak, waiting to shine on your plate. Below are the steps to bring your lobster tail to life—not just as a meal, but as an experience. One that says: you matter, this matters, and tonight is worth remembering.

Let’s begin...

Preparation Instructions:

Keep frozen until used. Thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours or overnight.

Oven: Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Placed thawed lobster tail in an oven-safe pan, shell down. Place butter on top. Bake for 7 minutes.

Stovetop: Preheat pan over medium-low heat. Add 1 Tbsp. of water and the thawed lobster tail to pan, shell side down. Place butter on top. Cover pan with lid and cook for 4 minutes.
