Tuesday through Saturday for all orders . Orders must be placed before 9:30 AM EST for arrival the next day. Orders usually deliver before 12 noon local time in most areas. Rural address deliveries may be later in the day. A Saturday arrival may not be available in all areas. To find out if your zip code has Saturday deliveries, select a Saturday from the calendar in STEP #1 at checkout and then proceed to enter your zip code to have it verified. When expecting the arrival of perishables, we recommend that you be prepared for this, by setting up notifications of delivery updates.
The UPS Tracking Number for your shipment will be emailed to you on the afternoon your order is picked up.
Delivery commit times are not guaranteed during holiday seasons or due to weather interruptions.
Get Maine Lobster is not responsible for contacting recipients regarding their order delivery date.

***NOTE: There is a good chance the delivery driver will NOT knock upon arrival…although we request that they knock. Check often and refer to your tracking # status.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE for 2017-2018
In observance of the many National Holidays and our shipping carrier’s schedules, we will not be shipping orders for delivery on the following dates;
Monday May 29th (Memorial Day), Tuesday May 30th, Monday July 3rd, Tuesday July 4th (Independence day), Wednesday July 5th, Monday September 4th (Labor Day), Tuesday September 5th, Thursday November 23rd (Thanksgiving Day), Friday November 24th, Saturday November 25th, Sunday December 24th, Monday December 25th (Christmas Day), Tuesday December 26th, Sunday December 31st, Monday January 1st 2018 (New Year’s Day), Tuesday January 2nd 2018.

UPS My Choice
Customers can sign up for free for UPS My Choice.
UPS My Choice gives you the flexibility and control over your home deliveries.
Total shipping fees will be calculated at checkout when you select your shipping state under STEP #3 “Calculate Shipping“. The total ship fee will vary between $25 and $55 depending on which shipping state you select.
***Saturday arrival is an extra fee of $15, above and beyond other ship rates. Free Shipping offers will incur a $15 fee for Sat deliveries.*** Alaska and Hawaii orders, please call us to place your orders, shipping rates will be quoted.
ALL ORDERS ship via UPS Standard Overnight Service. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Box’s, rural routes, and destinations outside the U.S.A. If you’re unsure about delivery to your address, please contact us prior to placing your order. We ship all packages with Authorized Release. Meaning the Package may be left by the carrier at your door if the carrier feels it is safe and secure to do so. Please note, the drivers are asked to knock and may not do so. refer to the tracking number status with UPS. We recommend that you make arrangements to have someone available for delivery. Packages that are not left at the door will be returned to the station for re-delivery the following day or available for pick up at the local carrier’s station. Please be aware that we do not guarantee products after the first attempt of delivery.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed due to inclement weather. We do our best to track potential weather systems that could effect your order. We will hold or release orders based upon the probability of your order arriving on-time and fresh.
Customers are held responsible to input their correct SHIPPING ADDRESS. This includes Name, Street, City, State and Zip Code. Once the shipment has been picked up by UPS, there will be a $15 address change fee charged to update the corrected address once the order is in UPS’ possession. We will not refund or reimburse those orders that were not delivered on time due to an incorrect address.
IMPORTANT NOTICE, SUMMER NOTICE
During the high temperature periods, we recommend someone be home for the delivery of your order. Or other arrangements be made for the package to be received shortly after being delivered. Get Maine Lobster will not be responsible for shipments that sit outside and spoil by the heat of the day. We take all measures to ensure it’s delivered in the manner you should expect! We kindly ask that you do the same with these important shipments.
