SHIPPING RATES FOR GET MAINE LOBSTER
Total shipping fees will be calculated at checkout when you select your shipping state under “Calculate Shipping“. The total ship fee will vary between $25 and $55 depending on which shipping state you select. ***All Live Seafood Orders will also have a Base Ship fee Between $5 and $20 added to the total Ship Fee depends on weight.***Saturday arrival is an extra fee of $25, above and beyond other ship rates. *** Alaska and Hawaii orders, please call us to place your orders, shipping rates will be quoted.
Priority Shipping is available for all orders during the weekday (Tuesday through Friday) for an Additional $20.00. Customers can receive their products usually before 1:00 pm. All frozen 2-day orders can also upgrade to Priority Overnight and receive it in 1 day instead of the normal 2-day Shipping method. Saturday arrivals have Priority Shipping fee already added for $25.00 at the checkout.
Tuesday thru Saturday for all Live or Fresh orders. Wednesday thru Saturday for all Flash Frozen orders. Live lobster orders must be placed before 9:30 AM EST for arrival the next day. Orders usually arrive between 9am and 6pm;be advised some delays may occur. Saturday arrival may not be available in all areas. In some cases, FedEx may deliver a day earlier than projected. We are not able to control this. When expecting the arrival of perishables, we recommend that you be prepared for this, by setting up notifications of delivery updates.***NOTE: There is a good chance the delivery driver will NOT knock upon arrival…although we request that they knock. Check often and refer to your tracking # status.
ALL Live or Fresh orders ship standard overnight. ALL Flash Frozen orders ship 2-Day air or ground service. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Box’s, rural routes, and destinations outside the U.S.A. If your unsure about delivery to your address, please contact us prior to placing your order. We ship all packages with Authorized Release. The Package may be left by the carrier at your door, if the carrier feels it is safe and secure to do so. We recommend that you make arrangements to have someone available for delivery. Packages that are not left at the door will be returned to the station for re-delivery the following day or available for pick up at the local carrier’s station. Please be aware that we do not guarantee products after the first attempt of delivery.
Holiday Shipping Schedule for 2015
In observance of the many National Holidays and our shipping carrier’s schedules, we will not be shipping orders for delivery on the following dates; Monday May 25th (Memorial Day), Tuesday May 26th, Saturday July 4th (Independence Day), Monday September 7th (Labor Day), Tuesday September 8th, Thursday November 26th (Thanksgiving Day), Friday November 27th, Saturday November 28th, Friday December 25th (Christmas Day), Saturday December 26th, Friday January 1st (New Year’s Day), Saturday January 2nd.

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed due to inclement weather. We do our best to track potential weather systems that could effect your order. We will hold or release orders based upon the probability of your order arriving on-time and fresh.
Customers are held responsible to input their correct SHIPPING ADDRESS. This includes Name, Street, City, State and Zip Code. Once the shipment has been picked up by FedEx, there will be a $15 address change fee charged to update the corrected address. We will not refund or reimburse those orders that were not delivered on time due to an incorrect address.
