Everything about this order was perfect! Lobsters were alive and feisty upon delivery. We opted to eat a few the night they arrived. We boiled them live. Then after placing the reminder in the freezer, 3 days later we steamed and lightly butter poached the remaining lobsters. Both dinners were absolute perfection.

Our order was due to be delivered at the same time as the big storm. We were immediately notified of potential delays and how to avoid them. Unfortunately we were still affected but the lobsters that made it alive were still delicious and fresh tasting. For the others that died in transit, we were refunded immediately. Great product and even better customer service. Will definitely order from them again!

Hi I've ordered numerous times and ALWAYS been grateful and satisfied. Die to a bad snow storm, our package came late and needed to be thrown away. Get Maine Lobster responded immediately for a new date to enjoy and we made it and celebrated my niece's birthday and her sister's return from Brussels after a view years. Thanks for the memories... and we just ordered more to celebrate my son's birthday. Charlotte
