Service was fantastic - I live on the edge of nowhere in Colorado, and NEVER get anything overnight, but the staff was very patient and helpful, and the guests of honor arrived on time and in perfect condition. And yes, the lobster rolls were delicious - my 4th of July guests were very impressed, as was I. Looking forward to another excuse for a wonderful treat!

Excellent. I add two tablespoons of Helman's to a small dish and sprinkle the spice. I blend the two together and spread on the side of the bun before I add the lobster. I thaw the lobster with a defrost time in microwave.
