On my good side now!

I have always been partial to bigger tails because I like the meatier experience and treating myself. In the past, I have always noticed that when I order the big ones usually 4, they always slip in a considerably smaller one in the pack. I didn’t say anything when it happened 1x, but on the 2nd shipment, I had to send a pic back to show what keeps happening. They did offer some money back as a refund. I figured since they tried to make good, I would give them another try. The colossal tail was something that can’t be disputed as the heavyweight in its class, and that was everything it was supposed to be!! I also ordered four 6-7 oz tails and each one was comparable to the other. I am a happy customer again!!

Delicious lobster tails

Grilled lobster tails, for 6, with lemon butter is the best. I cut the tails from the back to the stomach, but not through the membrane. Open the shell and grill shell down until the color change reaches the top. Flip tails and grill meat down for a minute or two. I bast with lemon butter prior. I have a gas grill and use a copper sheet to grill on. I take them off when meat temp is around 145-150. Everyone says there the best they ever had. I grew up catching and grilling Florida warm water tails the same way. These are a little more tender.
