There's nothing like the taste of a beautiful scallop from cold waters - sweet, with a hint of the sea. Our scallops are plump and meaty - and are "dry packed" (never treated with preservatives) which make for superior flavor and texture. We love them  sauteed in the pan and finished with some compound butter as a starter to our lobster feasts, or as a main course in a seafood paella, brodetto, or served over pasta. Our New England Scallops are U 10-20 (meaning there are approximately 10 to 20 scallops per pound).

Special Note: To keep your seafood fresh, store in the refrigerator at 32 degrees F. Seafood kept at 40 degrees F for an extended period of time will lose its quality faster.
