How to Prepare Seafood Stuffing

  • Thaw in refrigerator
  • Place in casserole dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until product is cooked throughout

How to prepare Lemon & Pesto Butter Salmon

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Place salmon and butter on a greased baking dish, (optional: sprinkle with parmesan cheese), bake for 12-16 mins at 400F. Spin baking dish halfway through for even cooking. Add lemon juice to taste.

GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS :Melt butter in a small pan. Oil the grill and cook salmon seasoned side down over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes. Remove from the grill and spoon melted butter over the top. Add lemon juice to taste.

SKILLET/STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook salmon 5-8 minutes, brushing with butter occasionally. Add lemon juice to taste.
