We guarantee our Live Maine Lobsters and other fresh seafood on the day of delivery.

We will issue a credit or refund on the portion of product that was not delivered in good order, due to our shipping carrier’s mistake, Lobsters are not alive upon delivery and you had notified us within 2 hours of receiving your parcel.

We do not guarantee Live Lobsters or Fresh Seafood if you do not prepare them on the day of arrival.

We will not be held responsible for Lobsters or Mussels that pass overnight if you chose to store them for the following day.
***Please understand that if you wish to keep your Lobsters and/or Mussels to the following day, you are doing so at your own risk.We cannot guarantee our Lobsters and Mussels beyond the day of delivery.

You will need to monitor the Lobsters and Mussels, keep in mind that if you do receive a dormant or dead lobster, we advise you to cook them as soon as you can.

We will kindly ask for pictures or video of the product(s) that are in question, to be emailed to us at info@getmainelobster.com within 12 hours of receipt of package.

The disposal of the Lobsters, Mussels and packaging prior to the notification will waive your rights for a refund of any kind.

We are not responsible for packages that get delayed and hindered during high volume shipping periods (Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years).

We are not responsible for packages that get delayed and hindered because of Weather related issues.

We will not be able to honor any refunds without photographs of the product in question. We may request that the product be shipped back to us for inspection.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS: Customers are held responsible to input their correct SHIPPING ADDRESS. This includes Name, Street, City, State and Zip Code. There will be a $15 change fee charged to ship to the corrected address. We will not refund or reimburse those orders that were not delivered on time due to a incorrect address.
